Shipping Time:
- Method Shipping: Standard shipping
- Processing Time: It takes 2 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship it out.
- Production Time: All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days.
- Time Shipping:
United States: You will receive your order anywhere from 7 – 12 business days
Australia, Europe: You will receive your order anywhere from 10 – 15 business days
Other areas: You will receive your order anywhere from 12 – 20 business days
Time shipping depends on the shipping method you choose from when it is shipped out, not when the order is placed.
It might be delayed 2-4 days due to the peak season (Mother’s day, Father’s day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), but we will try our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible.
The above time frame is only applied to orders to the United States. With worldwide shipping, it may take 10-25 business days if orders have to go through customs. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time we offer above. When an order is ready to be shipped, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
Order Tracking:
- If a US domestic order tracking number does not update after ten business days from the latest update and shipped Standard shipping, please submit a ticket, and we will review the issue.
- If an international order tracking number does not update after 20 business days from the latest update,
Shipping and Delivery Problems
The shipping carrier must investigate if a shipped order is lost or damaged. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a tracer within ten business days of the item shipping from our warehouse.
If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the page claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Ladi Art, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is unavailable and a similar item is rejected, Ladi Art will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or the item delivered is wrong, please get in touch with us to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies should be notified to us within five days to be eligible for replacement. Please only use items you believe are correct, as it may void our ability to exchange or replace them. For help with international shipping, please read our International Shipping Issues section. Please contact us within five days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.
